The ExCELLS Young Researchers’ Retreat is held annually with the aim of fostering closer ties among young researchers and students affiliated with ExCELLS, the three Okazaki research institutes, and external research organizations.
This year, we are planning an event that builds on the group work sessions, which were well-received last year. The event will begin with short presentations in which participants introduce themselves and their research. Following this, all participants will be divided into small groups for group work, where they will develop proposals for collaborative research projects based on a given theme, thereby fostering cross-disciplinary exchange among young researchers. This is an opportunity to build connections, broaden your perspectives and ways of thinking, and discover potential avenues for future collaboration by learning about each other’s research and backgrounds. We encourage everyone to participate.
Organizers:
Hisashi Muto (ExCELLS / IMS)
Koichi Inoue (ExCELLS / NIBB)
Takashi Kanadome (ExCELLS / NIBB)
